ROMAN PIZZA MASTERCLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to the booking and participation in the Roman Pizza Masterclass (“Masterclass”) organised by 3 GRAINS Roman Artisan Pizza ('“3 GRAINS”, “organiser“,“us”, “we“, “our“).
By booking a spot in the Roman Pizza Masterclass, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms“).
Booking and Payment
All bookings for the Roman Pizza Masterclass must be made in advance via the 3 GRAINS website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot via the online booking platform.
Payments are non-refundable, but we may offer rescheduling options subject to availability.
Health and Safety
Participants must follow all instructions provided by the instructor and staff and adhere to health and safety guidelines throughout the Masterclass.
Any participants with allergies, dietary restrictions or medical conditions must inform the organiser at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate these restrictions, we cannot guarantee that all ingredients will be 100% allergen-free.
Participation
Participants must be aged 16 or over to attend the Masterclass. Participants are required to be in good health and capable of participating in cooking activities.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Masterclass due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If we haven’t reached the minimum number of participants for a class, we reserve the right to cancel the class up to 7 days prior to its date. Participants will be informed within 7 days of the class date and receive a credit note valid for 6 months to rebook for another class at a later date.
Participants must provide at least 14 days’ notice if they wish to reschedule their booking. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the booking fee.
If you wish to cancel your participation in the Masterclass, you must notify the organiser in writing via email as least 14 days before the scheduled date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
Photography and Promotion
We may take photographs or videos during the Masterclass for promotional purposes. By attending the Masterclass, participants consent to the use of such media without compensation or permission.
Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants, we cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the Masterclass.
Participants attend the Masterclass at their own risk and are responsible for their own actions.
Privacy
We respect the privacy of the participants and will only use the personal information provided by participants for the purpose of registration, organising and conducting the Masterclass. We will not share this information with any third parties without the participants’ consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
